These terms apply both in use of this Site and also to the intellectual property that we provide to our Clergy and Church Clinics hereinafter referred to as member.

By emailing the required paperwork and paying the fee, the member signifies that he/she has agreed to these terms. If a member or prospective member does not agree with these terms then he/she must not use the Site or the intellectual property of The Priory of Santa Fe, NHSP a 508c1A. Additionally, if you have any nexus to a federal agency, are employed by the United States of America Government, District of Columbia, or are domiciled in the District of Columbia or other U.S. Territories, you may not use the Site or any intellectual property of "The Priory of Santa Fe, NHSP" a 508c1A. Any government employee, or anyone connected with the United States of America Government, District of Columbia, in any way, may NOT use this Site and agrees to pay a $1,000,000.00 USD fee (per use) for visiting this Site and/or viewing any of our pages or intellectual property. "The Priory of Santa Fe, NHSP" a 508c1A reserves the right to change these Terms at our sole discretion, and your continued use of this Site constitutes your agreement to such changes.

Any information coming from a different email address in reference to the relationship between the member and The Priory of Santa Fe, NHSP a 508c1A should be disregarded and immediately deleted.

The intellectual property you may receive from The Priory of Santa Fe, NHSP a 508c1A is fully copyrighted material, and may not be re-distributed for any purpose other than the ones outlined by The Priory of Santa Fe, NHSP a 508c1A . May any of the documents received by The Priory of Santa Fe, NHSP a 508c1A be altered or re-purposed.

We do NOT give legal advice, and we will not (and cannot) represent any client in a court of law. RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

As The Priory of Santa Fe, NHSP a 508c1A prepares only intellectual property for its members, there is NO acceptable return or cancellation policy.

TERMINATION

The relationship between The Priory of Santa Fe, NHSP a 508c1A and the member with whom we have assisted in achieving the 508c1A status is hereby terminated after 90 days following the issuance of a written request for termination by either party and/or per-member/membership donations of $5.00 per-Visit are not received by The Priory of Santa Fe, NHSP a 508c1A. This relationship must remain outside the Confines of the state [United States of America Government/District of Columbia, or are domiciled in the District of Columbia or other U.S. Territories] The relationship (and any guarantees) will cease at that time; the member files will be closed and any sensitive information which may have been previously provided to us (whether necessary or not) will be destroyed.

INDEMNIFICATION

As outlined many times throughout the Site, as well as in our Privacy Policy, The Priory of Santa Fe, NHSP a 508c1A does NOT want or need any Social Security Number or similarly sensitive personal information in its duties for the member. It is strongly suggested that the member redact (black out) any SSN or similarly sensitive personal information (the member’s name is NOT sensitive information and is indeed vital in the preparation of our intellectual property).

However, if the member submits documents with sensitive data on them to The Priory of Santa Fe, NHSP a 508c1A without redaction of this information, the member agrees to hold harmless all Covered Parties against all claims, damages, costs, expenses, Court of Canon Law and/or any attorney’s fees arising from the member’s failure to keep this sensitive data private.

GRIEVANCES

with the Priory of Santa Fe, NHSP is a Title 26 Section 508 (c)(1)(a) Church/House* a Special Ministry, Medical Diocese, under the Protection/Jurisdiction of the Sacred Catholic Church of the East in Brazil; First by Arbitration under Canon Law of the Sacred Catholic Church of the East in Brazil and If need be We then move to Court of Canon Law of the Sacred Catholic Church of the East in Brazil.
